Being active and healthy has always been important to me. I started running for exercise when I was in high school, and years later it is still an essential part of how I stay fit. When I started experiencing knee pain while running, I became interested in injury prevention. Since 2009, I’ve been teaching other runners the Chi Running method, and it has been truly rewarding to see my clients experience the joy of running without pain.

In addition to running, I am a Certified RYT Yoga Instructor. The positive impact yoga has had on my running has made me passionate about tying the two together. Yoga offers numerous mind-body benefits for all people, and for runners it helps to increase flexibility, decrease stiffness, and improve balance, all of which result in greater ease of movement, better form, and fewer injuries. I am currently certified in Chi Running, Chi Walking, and Yoga.
